Well, i decided to give myself a break. The last few weekends i have been us walking the streets collecting the consus and during the week i have been flat out with hospital, assignments, ignite duties, census and gym.
Tonight i narrowly beat the rain on the bike ride home and found joff chilling out at home on the couch. With it continuing to rain outside i decided that tonight was going to be a blob night! the first one in ages! I've already had a hot milo, we are having fish and chips for dinner and i am vegetating as we speak!
Last night we went to see the Boy From Oz, with Hugh Jackman making an appearance as the Peter Allen. It was an amazing production and it had everyone off their seats dancing. "I still call Australia Home" went off with every Aussie getting a few shivers. And yes, Qantas was the major sponsor!
Sat night, joff and i went to the Melbourne International Film Festival to see a US movie about Latinos living in LA and having to deal with the different cultural values. It was a great film. "Quincenera"
Better go, lots more blobbing to do. Have such a busy week ahead i have to make the most of it!
