Joff and our guide canoeing down the Mopan River in San Igancio, Belize. We travelled by canoe with Joff´s sister Suze to a rainforest medicine trail to learn about the natural medicines that the traditional Mayan healers used.
Here is a photo of the Xunantunich (Tuna Sandwich) ruins near the border of Guatemala in Belize. You wouldn´t believe it but this was the only sunshine we had all day, it rained no stop for the rest of the day but the sun was nice enough to come out for 10mintues for us to take some photos...
Here is a more recent photo of Joff at Semuc Champey from El Mirador. It was a awesome day, starting with caving by candlelight in our swimmers, including climbing a rope up a waterfall and swimming with a candle. From there we spent the afternoon relaxing in the beautiful pools pictured.

That same day Joff and I were re-introduced to finger painting courtesy of a local seed that our guide found on the side of the road.

Lastly, a photo i took today on the streets of Antigua where we will now spend the rest of the week learning spanish. I am most excited about learning more of the language and experiencing Antigua to the fullest, including some salsa and merengue lessons. Should be an interesting week, we will keep you posted!
Love to all, Joff and Min xxx
