Big week

Hi everyone,

It has been a huge week for us. I have now finished my last days as a uni student- spending Monday to Friday revising the most important stuff for next year with a series of lectures. Have had a a ball having all the med students in the same place, with free lunches, financial planning seminars, faculty drinks and the graduation clinical dinner, with students and staff at the Melbourne Museum.

That was a brilliant night, a group of us got a limo to the venue along the foreshore. the place was great, even got our photo taken in an old Neighbours set. Fodd good, lots of entertainment and speeches and lots of drinks. The part didn't end there when two of our favourite techers, (married) invited the whole year level back to their place for the after party...so off we went. Good times all round, ending the night at 4.30am when they decided they should get to bed for work the next day. When they made that announcement i was mid conversation with one of the head surgeons at the Alfred who was still out partying with us!

In other news, Joff an I have a new place, just packing the car up now to take a load of stuff. Its in St kilda, a 1 bedroom, art deco place with floorboards and open fire place. Really cute and in a great location. Looking forward to settling somewhere for a whole year!

What else- make poverty history concert last night rocked Melbourne with Pearl Jam and Bono preforming together, its a shame we weren't there. But to make up for it tomorrow night we have U2!
