Just thought i would quickly pop up some photos from the start of the day yesterday. Joff looking very gangsterish....
Had a great day, record crowds of just under 130,000 people at Flemington Racecourse. Started out as overcast, but the blue skies came out in the afternoon and i even got sunburnt!
Had too much fun chatting to friends on the grass eating nibbles and drinking champagne to even put a bet on at the bookies- oh well, with both of us knowing nothing about horse racing we probably would have lost our money anyway!
