I'm just putting up some more recent pictures of the job in Mt Martha.
We have finished most of the inside work for a while. Painters and renderers are doing their thing while we get started on the decking this week.
The bathrooms (2), laundry and kitchen are tiled. Next the flooring will be sanded and coated, carpets laid, hardware installation (ovens, dishwashers, showers etc..) and landscaping. Hopefully we will be finished in 3 weeks for the clients to move in at the end of the month.
